This exhibition is called simply "Simplicity". They say a picture paints a thousand words but sometimes one word is just enough. A letter from each word from each photo is chosen to form the word SIMPLICITY S-mile w-I-sdom cal-M P-eace L-ove m-I-nd C-ool k-I-nd persis-T h-Y-gge You may have noticed a word that you have not seen before. Hygge is a Danish word that means "coziness". It's pronounced "hoo-gah". It is related to the English word hug. Hygge as a concept encourages us to find joy and comfort in the simple things. So I started walking with my old (8+ years) point and zoom Nikon P90 in my knapsack when I go long distance walking. Sharpness, detail and colours will be lacking but I can still hone my skills. There are some areas I pass where I can catch sight of birds. I am amateur at birding and it has been on and off for me and I seem to have lost my Birds of Trinidad and Tobago book (I had an older edition I bought in Nigel R Khan Tobago). Birds are majestic and make interesting subjects for photographing. Here are some recent shots I took.
